Creative Strengths One creative strength of mine is that i can learn new music very quickly and accurate to the track. For example, this term i have played plug in baby by muse and it is pretty much identical to the track.

Another creative strength of mine is that i am open to new music and i am easily adaptable when it comes to different styles of music. Professional Strengths I can work well in a team for example a few people in one of my bands this term couldn't get a part of a song right, so we went back over that part of the song, so we were all at the same level in the song and nobody was dragging behind. Another professional strength of mine is that i also did the tech side of music this term for college where i was the sound tech for one of the bands so i was going on and off the stage turning guitars and other instruments.

Creative Areas for Development One creative area or development for me is that I need to work on dynamics in songs as I am far too loud when I'm playing and sometimes drown out the rest of the band
Professional Areas for Development A professional area for development is i need to think about other people learn slower or faster than others so i need to get of people back about how fast or slow they are learning songs Another area for development is that sometimes i can become very unmotivated if I'm tired or if I don't like the song so sometimes i just need to persevere throughout the session and just play the song What Worked Well: Comment on what you believe went well throughout this project including collaborating with others. Creative areas are your groups’ musical strengths (For example, “My band had varied influences which helped our songwriting because”) Professional areas are your groups’ transferrable skills across any subject or job role (For example, “We were able to use the studio time effectively because…”). Provide at least two examples where you have shown this in your project. What Went Well Creatively My band had varied music across the setlist for example we had songs from the likes of a beatless song, which is kind of classic pop rock, and we then had a flyleaf song which is emo rock My stage presence was good for all the gigs apart from the gig we had at Liverpool hope as I messed up so many times, so I don't think I was very motivated the day we had that gig What Went Well Professionally The transition between songs apart from im so sick this was because our guitraists needed to tune down to drop d for that song this was because the song is played in drop d so this took up quite abit of time whilst they were tuning down What Did Not Work Well: Comment on what you believe did not go well throughout this project including collaborating with others. Creative areas are your groups’ musical strengths (For example, “My band had conflicting ideas for our stage presence because…”). Professional areas are your groups’ transferrable skills across any subject or job role (For example, “My band would frequently become distracted because…” Provide at least two examples where you have shown this in your project. What Did Not Work Well Creatively: The two singers in my band did not like each other
